Study and Succeed offers study skills workshops, digital forums, and both print and downloadable books and workbooks (collectively referred to as the “Services”). - Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

5. Purchases and Refunds
- Payment: All payments for workshops, books, and other Services must be made through our approved payment methods. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes or fees.
- Refunds: Refund policies vary depending on the product or service. For digital downloads, refunds are not available once the file has been accessed. For in-person workshops, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Virtual workshops can be 100% refunded within 24 hours. Print books must be returned in original condition for a refund with the customer covering the full cost of shipping.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content provided on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Study and Succeed Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
- By posting in the user forum or submitting other content, you grant Study and Succeed Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post. Study and Succeed Inc. reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
